In January 2019 Nadia & Esther decided to take 5 dancers from Maluti Arts Theatre, to WDM Championship in Blackpool.
They soon discovered what a challenge this would be. While Zoë continued to train them, they set about raising funds and applying for unabridge birth certificates and passports. Eventually everything came together on Friday 19th July.
The dancers were overwhelmed with the exciting adventure ahead of them
Unfortunately the young ladies were eliminated in the earlier, extremely competitive, heats.
The young men went on to win their sections. Maluti now proudly boasts two World Champions.
The Country Classic Team, came 2nd out of 5 teams, while the Teen Partners came 2nd from 15 & the Charity Duo also came 2nd from 7 entries
